The program offers 7 group lectures, a one-on-one session with a medical provider, 4 mental health counseling sessions, 8 hydrotherapy treatments, 4 body rubs, and practical hands-on classes like cooking, bread making, and natural product creation. It also includes exercise sessions, devotional time, and a “Take it Home” workshop to ensure long-term benefits.
Who provides the mental health support?
Our licensed mental health counselors and certified mental health coaches work with you to develop personalized strategies for emotional well-being. You’ll also have access to group counseling for added support and community.
What accommodations and meals are provided?
The program is all-inclusive, offering comfortable, hotel-quality beds, private patios for fresh air, and daily plant-based vegan meals designed to promote mental clarity and physical health.

Yes, we offer a 90-day follow-up program to help you maintain the lifestyle changes you’ve adopted during your stay. This includes ongoing guidance and support tailored to your individual needs.
